Ticket Terms & Conditions

Tickets for Butik Festival are issued on behalf of the Organizer, Butik ENT d.o.o., and are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Ticket Purchase & Validity

All tickets are valid only for the event and dates specified at the time of purchase.

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, except where required by applicable law or expressly permitted by the Organizer.

Tickets must be purchased through authorized sales channels. The Organizer cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased from unauthorized third parties.

Personalized Tickets & Name Changes

All festival tickets are personalized and issued in the name of the individual ticket holder. The name on the ticket must match the attendee's valid identification document, which may be checked upon entry.

Name changes are permitted through the Organizer's authorized ticketing platform or another procedure approved by the Organizer and may be subject to an administrative fee. Applicable procedures, deadlines, and fees will be communicated through official channels.

Tickets may not be resold above their original face value, except for applicable fees charged by authorized ticketing or resale platforms. Unauthorized commercial resale is prohibited.

Festival Entry & Wristbands

Upon entry, festival tickets will be exchanged for wristbands, which allow re-entry to the festival grounds during the ticket's validity period.

Once exchanged, the original ticket is no longer valid for entry. Wristbands are personal, non-transferable, and must remain securely attached throughout the festival.

Lost, damaged, or removed wristbands may not be replaced, except at the Organizer's discretion.

The Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.

Festival Rules & Safety

All ticket holders must comply with the festival rules, safety instructions, and applicable regulations, including the Festival A–Z and other official guidelines published on the festival website.

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove individuals who violate festival rules, endanger others, or disrupt the event. Where admission is refused or an attendee is removed due to their own misconduct, no refund will be provided, except where required by law.

For public safety, security checks may be carried out upon entry, in accordance with applicable law. Refusal to cooperate with lawful security procedures may result in denial of entry.

The Organizer may also restrict access to certain areas or temporarily limit admission for safety or capacity reasons.

Cashless Payment System

Butik Festival operates a cashless payment system. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, the ticket holder acknowledges and agrees that purchases within the festival grounds will be subject to the festival's cashless payment system and its applicable terms and conditions.

Detailed information regarding the cashless system, including top-ups, refunds of unused balances, applicable fees, and other relevant procedures, will be published on the official festival website before the event.

Camping & Additional Services

The festival ticket includes access to the designated festival camping area for the dates specified in the ticket.

Additional services, including Early Arrival, parking, and other optional services, are not included unless expressly stated and may be subject to additional charges.

Certain deposits, including the refundable waste deposit, may apply. The conditions for their collection and refund will be communicated through official festival channels.

All attendees using the campsite must comply with the applicable camping rules.

Programme Changes & Event Cancellation

The Organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the festival programme, including artist lineup changes, performance schedules, and stage arrangements.

Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund, except where required by applicable law.

In the event of cancellation, postponement, or a substantial change to the event, the Organizer will communicate the applicable ticket options and refund procedures through official channels, in accordance with applicable law.

The Organizer is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by ticket holders, including travel, accommodation, or other personal arrangements, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Weather & Exceptional Circumstances

The festival is an outdoor event and will generally take place regardless of weather conditions.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel parts of the programme where necessary due to severe weather, public safety concerns, decisions of competent authorities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Any rights to refunds or other remedies in such circumstances will be determined in accordance with applicable law.

Photography, Filming & Recording

Photography, filming, and audio recording may take place during the festival for documentation, reporting, and promotional purposes.

The Organizer will provide information about the processing and use of identifiable images and recordings in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.

Unauthorized professional or commercial photography, filming, or recording of performances is prohibited without prior approval from the Organizer.

Liability & Personal Property

Ticket holders are responsible for their personal belongings and are encouraged to take appropriate precautions against loss, theft, or damage.

The Organizer is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property, or for personal injury, except to the extent that such liability arises under applicable law and cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Commercial & Promotional Use

Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotional campaigns, competitions, giveaways, or other commercial purposes without the Organizer's prior written consent.

The use of the Butik Festival name, branding, or other intellectual property for unauthorized commercial purposes is prohibited.

Applicable Rules

By purchasing or using a festival ticket, the ticket holder acknowledges these Terms & Conditions and agrees to comply with the applicable festival rules.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Slovenian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable to the ticket holder.
