Butik 2027 Ticket Raffle – General Rules
For Butik 2027, tickets will be allocated through a raffle system rather than a direct ticket sale.
The raffle is designed to help us maintain a healthy balance between returning and new visitors, while keeping the process open to people from different places and backgrounds. It also gives everyone a calmer and more straightforward way to get a ticket, without the rush and pressure that came with previous ticket drops.
We recommend reading the information below carefully before submitting your application. By applying, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you understand and accept the raffle process described above.
For any questions about your application or previous attendance, contact us at info@butikfestival.com.
1. Applications
Applications for the first raffle open on September 30th 2026 and close on October 11th 2026 at 23:59 CEST.
Everyone can apply, whether you have attended Butik before or not.
Each person may submit one application only. Duplicate applications will be removed.
If you have attended Butik in either of the previous two editions, please apply using the same email address you used when purchasing your previous Butik ticket or another Butik-related product. This allows us to match your application with your previous visits.
Returning visitors will have a higher chance of being selected in the first raffle, with priority increasing based on the number of previous editions attended.
If you have attended Butik before but your previous purchase cannot be matched to your application, please contact us at info@butikfestival.com with your Butik "alibi" and we will take a look into it.
If you are planning to attend with friends, you can connect your individual applications using a Group Code.
Each person must submit their own application, but by entering the same Group Code, you can apply as a group. Make sure to choose a unique Group Code that your group can easily remember – avoid common words or simple combinations, as your code needs to be special for your group only.
- A group can include up to 6 people.
- Each person can belong to one group only.
- The Group Code must be entered during the application period.
- Groups cannot be created, changed or expanded after applications close.
If a group is selected, each person purchases their own ticket individually.
2. Selection
After the application period closes on October 11th 2026, at 23:59 CEST, we will verify applications, match returning visitors with our previous ticket records, remove duplicate applications and conduct the first selection.
The selection will be randomized within the new and returning visitor pools, with returning visitors receiving increased priority based on previous attendance.
We will start sending emails to selected applicants with their personal ticket links on October 14th 2026.
If you are selected, you will have 72 hours to complete your ticket purchase. Any unpurchased tickets will automatically roll over and be offered to the next selected applicants until all tickets are sold.
Even if you apply as a group, each person will purchase their ticket individually. If one member of the group does not purchase their ticket within the 72-hour window, that ticket will return to the ticket pool. This will not affect the other members of the group.
3. Ticket Purchase
Each individual can purchase one ticket.
Tickets are personal to the selected applicant and cannot be transferred to another person during the raffle process.
If a ticket is not purchased within the applicable 72-hour window, it will return to the ticket pool and be offered to another applicant from the raffle.
4. Important Dates:
- 11 October 2026, 23:59 CEST – First raffle application cut-off
- 14 — 17 October 2026 – First 72-hour purchase window
- 17 October — until sold out – Offering non-acquired tickets to raffle applicants
FAQ
Do I need to be online at a specific time to get a ticket?
No. You only need to submit your application before the deadline on the 11th of October. If you're selected, you'll receive a personal ticket link by email and have 72 hours to complete your purchase.
Does applying earlier give me a better chance?
As long as you apply before the deadline, the timing of your application does not affect your chances of being selected.
I've been to Butik several times. Does that give me a higher chance?
Yes. Returning visitors have a higher chance of being selected, with priority increasing based on the number of previous editions attended.
I've been to Butik before, but I used a different email address. What should I do?
Apply using the email address connected to your previous Butik purchases whenever possible. This is how we match applications with previous visits.
If we can't find your previous visits in our database, send us your Butik "alibi" and we'll look into it.
Can I apply together with friends?
Yes. Use the same unique Group Code when submitting your individual applications. This connects your applications and means your group will be selected together.
Make sure to choose a unique Group Code that your group can easily remember – avoid common words or simple combinations, as your code needs to be special for your group only.
Groups can include up to six people.
What happens if only some people in my group want to buy a ticket?
If your group is selected, everyone gets access to the purchase. Each person decides individually whether to purchase their ticket within the 72-hour window.
If someone doesn't purchase, their ticket returns to the pool. This does not affect the rest of the group.
Can I join a group after submitting my application?
Each person can belong to one group only. Groups cannot be created, changed or expanded after applications close.
Can I submit an application for someone else?
No. Each person must submit their own application using their own details.
What happens if I'm not selected?
If tickets sell out before you're selected, there will also be an official resale platform where you can still secure a ticket. There's usually quite a bit of ticket turnover there, so with a little patience, your chances are still pretty good.
What happens to tickets that aren't purchased?
They return to the ticket pool and are offered to other applicants. This means the raffle continues as long as there are tickets available.
Can I sell my ticket through the official resale platform?
Yes. Regular-price tickets can be resold through the official resale platform. Reduced-price tickets for specific groups cannot be resold through the platform, as they are reserved exclusively for those groups and are not part of the general ticket sale.
What if I miss the 72-hour purchase deadline?
The ticket will automatically return to the ticket pool and be offered to another applicant. The purchase window cannot be extended.
How will I know if I've been selected?
You'll receive an email with your personal ticket link. We'll start sending these emails on 14 October 2026. Check also your spam and promotions folders.
